Return Process

  Log into your Intag account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
